When starting at Virgin Active I was present with 70+ different e-Learning modules (some old, some new) all around safety. Through going out and meeting staff I found the most effective way to distribute this piece of learning (for both the staff and company’s pocket) was to collaborate all the modules into one module staff were expected to complete on their first day.

One of my big projects working in the past year was to create one bite sized e-Learning module per month on a product that we offered at Virgin Active. The example below is on one of our body analyser tools that measured your bone mass and body fat that gave you a series of graphs and charts to help you measure your progress.
